As the video says, this is from the OverClocked ReMix project, which is dedicated to remixes of video game music. They’ve got torrents of all of their releases (since they amount to several gigabytes!), which you can find here, near the bottom of the torrent list; don’t be surprised if a couple more find their way into future Tonal Tuesdays.. This is from an obscure game called DarXide for the old Sega 32X. The voice track isn’t in the original, but I think it’s a nice touch.
